Diagnose
Two weeks, fixed scope, fixed fee.
We assess your data, cloud, AI and process maturity across 20+ dimensions, interview the people who actually run the systems, and map where effort converts to result.
A prioritised roadmap, sized and sequenced — yours to keep whether or not you continue with us.
Pilot
One problem. Fixed fee. Real production.
We take the highest-leverage item off the roadmap and build it properly — not a demo. Scoped tightly enough that value shows up fast, and built so it survives contact with your existing systems.
A working capability in production, with the measurements that prove whether it moved the number.
Scale
Industrialise what worked.
What worked gets hardened, documented and extended. What did not gets stopped early and cheaply — that is the point of piloting first.
Production-grade systems, documentation and runbooks — written to be handed over, whoever ends up running them.
Stay
Where most of our work happens.
This is the part we are actually built for. Through managed services we act as your IT department — planning, support, maintenance and the next wave of improvements — so capability keeps compounding instead of stalling when a project closes. You can take the keys at any point; the documentation and training are there precisely so that staying is a decision rather than a trap.
A standing team who already know your systems, with 24/7 cover on mission-critical operations.
The terms, plainly.
Scoped and priced up front
Every phase, including ongoing work, is agreed before it starts. A long relationship should still mean a number you approved, not one that accumulated.
Founder-led delivery
The people who scope the work do the work. You are not sold a partner and delivered a bench.
You could leave at any time
Code, infrastructure and documentation are yours, and your team is trained to run them. We would rather earn the next year than hold you to it — clients who stay because they want to are worth more than clients who cannot go.
Findings in two weeks
From kickoff to a roadmap you can act on. Long discovery phases mostly serve the vendor.
What it costs
Every engagement is scoped and priced before it starts, so you approve a number rather than watch one accumulate. The diagnostic is a fixed fee for a fixed two weeks. Pilots are priced per problem once we both understand its shape — which is precisely what the diagnostic is for. If you want us to keep running it afterwards, managed services are agreed separately as an ongoing scope, so you are never converting a project budget into an open-ended one by accident.
We would rather tell you the real number for your situation than publish a range that turns out to be wrong for you. Tell us what you are trying to move and we will scope it.
Start small. Stay long.
Two weeks, fixed fee, and a roadmap you keep either way — the beginning of a working relationship, not a one-off report.
